Protect your business or organization with smart sensors
We’ve partnered with HSB to bring you a free Smart Sensor Program. Unexpected water leaks or broken pipes can quickly disrupt your organization costing you valuable time and money.
With our free Smart Sensor Program, you will receive easy-to-install sensor devices that will monitor your property 24/7 and alert you if there are any system issues such as refrigeration failure, water leaks, temperature changes, power outages, and more.
Perks of the Program
If a problem is detected, actionable alerts are immediately sent to your phone and email.
A custom mobile app is available as a free download to The Hanover's policyholders. Check the status of your building systems – anytime, anywhere.
You will have access to the Sensor Support Team at any time of the day. The team is located in the U.S and staffed with technical experts.

“Albeit a small amount of water at the time if left unchecked, it could have turned catastrophic, thus resulting in millions of dollars in damages as this area is directly above our vault where we keep our most prized possessions for art. This sensor program is an ounce of prevention = pound of cure!”
-Art Museum Director
“The sensor program gives me peace of mind knowing the building is monitored 24/7 when we are not onsite. Had it not been for the alert, we could have suffered major structural losses and an interruption in our hours of operation."
-Building Supervisor
“With the sensor technology, we can often anticipate an issue and get it repaired before it causes costly damage or an interruption in service.”
